North York, Toronto
North York condo prices
TRREB publishes no North York total. These are its condo figures for the districts and communities that cover North York, for August 2026 and Q2 2026, with the number of sales beside every price.
How to read this page
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) reports sales by district (Toronto C14, for example) and by community (Willowdale East, for example). It has no area called North York. North York is a former city whose boundary comes from the City of Toronto. This site matches TRREB communities to that boundary, as the North York condo neighbourhoods page explains. Each table below keeps the districts and communities apart. Adding them together or averaging their averages would produce a number TRREB never published, so this page does not do it.
One month of sales in one district is a small sample. Read each price together with the sales count in the same row. Districts C04, C11, W04, W05 are only partly inside the former North York boundary, so their rows include sales outside it.

Condo townhouses sell in far smaller numbers than condo apartments. Several districts recorded two or three sales in the month and district C06 recorded none, so treat these rows as a record of what sold, not as a price level.

Sales by community, Q2 2026
These are the TRREB communities behind our twelve neighbourhood guides, under TRREB's own spellings. The average and median are for all home types sold in the community, houses included, because that is how TRREB reports a community. The condo apartment column shows how many of the sales were condo apartments. Where houses made up most of the sales, the price says little about condos. Willowdale East appears under two guides because both draw on it.

TRREB notes that it does not report some statistics when a community has two transactions or fewer. Its monthly figures are also revised in later reports.
Putting the figures to use
- Buying: the North York condo buying guide covers the steps. The mortgage calculator and the Toronto land transfer tax calculator turn a price into a down payment and closing taxes.
- Selling: the North York condo selling guide covers what to prepare. You can also ask for a free condo evaluation of your own unit.
