The guides, posts, calculators and figures on this site are general information about condo apartments and condo townhouses in North York. They are not legal, tax, mortgage, accounting or investment advice. Rules and program limits change. Before you act, confirm the details with a lawyer, an accountant, a mortgage professional or the agency named on the page.
Calculators
The land transfer tax calculator and the mortgage calculator give estimates from published rates and the numbers you enter. They are not quotes. Your lawyer and your lender confirm the actual amounts.
Market data
Sales counts, averages and medians on this site are taken from Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) reports for the periods stated beside them. TRREB publishes no North York total, so figures are shown by district or community. TRREB revises its monthly figures in later reports and the figures here are not guaranteed.
These figures are not an appraisal and not an opinion of the value of any property. A district or community figure says nothing certain about one unit. A single month in one district can rest on very few sales.
Property listings
Listings on the condos for sale pages come from TRREB's MLS System, received through PropTx. The listing information belongs to TRREB and the listing brokerages. It is for people with a genuine interest in buying or selling real estate and not for any commercial use. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB or PropTx. The notice shown with the listings applies as well. Confirm the details of any listing before relying on them.
No client relationship
Reading this site, sending an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create a client or agency relationship. Representation by a brokerage is set out in a written agreement.
Not a solicitation
Nothing on this site is intended to solicit buyers or sellers who are under contract with a brokerage.
Fair housing
This site describes homes, transit and services. It does not describe who an area or a building suits. Services connected with this site are offered in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Links to other sites
Pages here link to government, transit agency, TRREB and other outside websites as sources. Those sites are run by others, who are responsible for their content and their privacy practices.
